Strategic Vision and Aims
To champion innovation and excellence through the provision of inspirational, lifelong learning.
Working with our schools and stakeholders, we will
- Lead and supportively challenge to provide the highest standards of education, care and development for all our pupils, students and young people.
- Enable a shared sense of purpose to benefit from connection and collaboration, whilst maintaining individuality.
- Provide a strong, collective voice at a local and national level.
- Delivering high quality professional development, support and expertise to our community and beyond.
What’s our ‘why’?
To ensure our communities are grounded in positive relationships, enabling and inspiring an environment built on Connection, Community and Communication.
We will aim to meet everyone at their point of need, to enable, empower and inspire individual potential.
Our Values
Connection - Relationships ‘hold the work’. Relational practice gets the work done through predictability, consistency and robust systems. We will work collaboratively to enable development and growth. Consciously growing networks and relationships locally and nationally.
Communication – Communication is a key component in how we work. We will actively listen and communicate clear expectations, through a consistent and authentic approach.
Community – Working together to create a place of belonging for all; Recognising the uniqueness of our communities; Adapting and evolving together to meet need; Celebrating the strength in our differences
Strategic Priorities:
Our vision will be delivered via our four core strategic aims. Everything we do should be ultimately focused on doing these four things well:
- We will provide an ambitious, inspirational, bespoke education, setting the foundation for the future and ensuring our pupils and students are ready for the world.
- We will provide a bespoke short break setting, to support children and young people locally to access their community and opportunities to develop readiness for adulthood and independence.
- We will deliver high standards and value for money from our support services, resources, estate and technology, ensuring economies of scale and a commitment to developing practices that help the environment and reduce our carbon footprint.
- We will invest in and support our people, enabling and exploiting opportunities for collaborative, continual professional development, sharing of expertise and best practice.
