In July 2018, Ofsted judged both academies to be ‘Good’ in all areas.  In November 2021, Ofsted judged Warren Wood to be 'Good' overall, with 'Outstanding' Personal Development, and Behaviour and Attitudes.  This is an exciting time to join an organisation with a realistic vision of becoming outstanding over the next two years.

We have a very supportive and committed staff team.  Professional development is crucial in aiding us to achieve our vision of becoming an outstanding Trust. We have excellent links with the community and host regular events with parents, as well as local residents. An outstanding team of Governors, who take an active interest in all we offer, academically and socially, further supports us.

In our appointments we are always looking for dynamic, innovative leaders in education, whether that is in management, class teaching, learning support or across other support areas such as administration, catering and site management.
